[WIP] Feature/issue#109 #247

This is first draft to resolve #119. I will move this issue into Apache Jira soon, but I want to start discussing early with actual possible implementations.

@emeth-kim If I understood you issue, then I think I am pretty close to what you suggest. What do you think?

Exactly! When I tested with the JSON contains queries, it showed the result that I expected.

I will try to follow up this issue so that builds a hybrid recommender system which generates results with item and user CF together.
