Sorry I missed this. That sounds pretty cool actually, and I could see adding as an on-demand sound effect. Do you have any more information on the background of the modulation test?

Not the original thread starter, but I have some background. The test signal is for studying the ionosphere and is broadcast every hour on minute 8 on WWV and minute 40 on WWVH. Additionally there is an anouncement on minute 4 on WWV and minute 3 on WWVH.
