Two functions can be defined:

[x] A read*() function to read existing Rmd files and Skip the yaml head (a wrapper from readLines()).
[x] A render() method applied to the class rmd_doc to render without necessity of writing the Rmd document.
[x] Eventually a class headless_rmd will be required.
