Remove replies/signatures from messages - Generic/Fallback mechanism #7

Quoted fragments can cause extra spam in rooms - these should be handled gracefully.

Could also be combated with a simple "Please reply above this line" string

I'll keep this issue as a generic/fallback way of doing it, if the e-mail client of the sender could not be detected.
