Add more self-test steps in Getting Started - Validation #102

Currently the Getting Started only does a basic check for federated lookups, without checking for basic connectivity. While this was intentional to keep the doc simple, there is a need to do some quick self-test to troubleshoot the issues.

We should add a new doc file dedicated to troubleshooting that will guide the user into ensuring several features are working fine

Identity lookup

[ ] Kamax infra works correctly (for our test users)
[ ] localhost ping endpoint works
[ ] localhost federated lookup works
[ ] HS host ping endpoint works
[ ] HS host federated lookup works
[ ] Client hosts ping endpoint works

3PID validation & add/remove in Matrix client

[ ] Add email
[ ] Remove email
[ ] Add phone number
[ ] Remove phone number
[ ] Talk about the shortcoming of Riot/synapse that verification is mandatory and a token is always expected, making it difficult to add arbitrary 3PIDs, especially in a standalone synapse+mxisd setup

Invitations

[ ] Invite user by email that does not resolve to a Matrix ID
