Update examples #6

The current examples use an out of date syntax; please update the examples

Using issue #5 I got working code; but wondering if this still works as described. In my DOM I see all the items that are in the list (2000+); rendering the page is slow as hell. When I scroll I don't see any DOM updates. Please advice. Note that the same behaviour is noticed in #5 as well; the DOM for all the elements seems to be rendered.
