How many Availability Zones should compute resources be provisioned across to achieve high availability?

A. A minimum of one
B. A minimum of two
C. A minimum of three
D. A minimum of four or more
Answer
Correct Answer: B

I can see why it is B - Minimum of two but I've read other articles that technically to achieve high availability it should be minimum of three AZ's.

So is it actually B or C? @kananinirav
