Support info placeholders in URI item actions. For the issue #571.

Thanks a lot for the initiative! This looks good. To fix the failing check, just run npm run format. Also, it would be cool if you could add the three tips from here also to the list of tips for the URI item.

I've added the three tips and ran npm run format in order to fix the failing check. Hopefully its good now, let me know if there's anything else I can fix. Thanks you @Schneegans !
