Kando Setting closes when typed 0 on name of menu item or icon search field #609

Short Summary

When you add a menu item, i.e., a launcher, and in its name, or when you search for an icon, you add a 0 (zero), kando settings closes.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

  1. Open Kando Settings
  2. Add a launcher menu item
  3. Type 0 in its name
