Steps to reproduce

As some previous issues said, colors are beeing stripped from items, while using anvils. I understand that its for rules to make them work, but:

  1. Removing anvil from Rules.Apply_On still strips colors, even if the rule isnt used
  2. Rules.Strip_Colors: false still strips colors too
  3. chatcontrol.use.color.anvil doesnt allow decorations

This is a technical limitation right now. The plugin is open source since my time became very scarce, unfortunately I won't be possible to fix it right now. contributions welcome.
