Branch protection says I'm not allowed to commit war crimes. :3

Currently this is relatively stable up to the stage where artefacts are generated, but the repo stage is unfinished and fails. I'll work on that next, but this is a good checkpoint.

I disabled the no-crimes-from-@jinnatar ruleset, feel free to go wild... I was on autopilot and added them the other day 🫨
