Enter New Clinical Record - the asterisk on the Emergencies' tab is missing #111

Upon Save, if mandatory Clinical details for a new child are missing, the 
asterisk will be displayed on each of the tab that has the missing details.  
The asterisk is missing for the Emergencies' tab (which has the 
following 3 mandatory fields:  •Number of hospital admissions is required.
•Number of ketoacidosis episodes is required.
•Number of severe hypoglycaemia episodes is required).
