SD calculations not working on prod #127

When preparing for the BDO demo I noticed the exact age gets an error when 
calculating so none of the SD calcs work

Looks like this was caused by the child name field having the same id as the 
hidden field which stored the id which is used for the ajax calls. it only 
occured when you logged in as a user who could see the childs name etc.
