Date parsing problem for date greater than 12 (e.g. 21/01/2000) #128

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new child
2. Enter DOB as 21/01/1993
3. Enter Date Diabetes Diagnosed as 21/01/2000
4. Enter Date Insulin Started as 21/01/2001

What is the expected output?:
- The dates are parsed correctly.

What do you see instead?
- Exception on the UI
