This question is a bit vague. I'm not sure how to respond...
If you are asking how to link to a specific line in an external file, I use snap.el for that.

Thank you for your response. I understand that my question was a bit vague. I wanted to know how to create a link to a specific line in an external file, and you mentioned that you use snap.el for that.
To provide more context, I am looking for a way to take notes from my readings and link them directly to my bibliography entries in Citar. This would help me keep my notes organized and easily accessible. I'm not sure if this is the right way to go about it, but with Citar, I should be able to see directly if I have ongoing notes. This is similar to what Emacs Writing Studio does with the Denote package.
I will check out the link you provided to learn more about snap.el and see how I can integrate it into my workflow.
Thank you again for your help!
I'll close this issue for now since the conversation has been quiet. Please let me know if anyone would like to reopen it.
Heya,
I have a library (using BibTeX). How can I create notes from it or browse notes from my bib library ?
