Donations should be authorized and processed in one step #83

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. click on the "donate!" link for a donation
2. checkout
3. view order status

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The donation processing is now "authorized" but did not actually process.
In the case of donations, the default workflow should process the order
(rather than just authorizing it). 

Is there any reason not to directly process all orders?
