Hebrew translation #48

Hi, I would love to translate the app into Hebrew, how can I do that?

hi, all the in app text is here: https://github.com/kaputnikGo/PilferShushJammer/blob/master/app/src/main/res/values/strings.xml

and the full and short descriptions for the store pages are in this folder: https://github.com/kaputnikGo/PilferShushJammer/tree/master/metadata/en-US

and you would create a src/main/res/values-he folder for them and make pull request.

note: i have not checked this app for right to left text display so there may be problems that i would need to fix, but hopefully it all works :)
