I am using HyperOS A14, Shizuku app root mode and when I toggle it to enable Private DNS it work well when the DNS is reachable. But it seems to crash the system when the connectivity to dns is poor

My phone froze and soft reboot as the system tried to notify me that the private DNS is unreachable

Haven't been able to replicate this on either Pixel 8 AVD or HyperOS POCO X5 Pro. Can you provide logs of the crash?

Hey @WeiguangTWK, Is the same thing happening if you are setting the private DNS manually in settings instead of the App?

I update my Android and now no more crash happend, I will keep an eye on it. This issue will be closed if no crash happend within a week. Thank you for your reply
