Can't highlight text in panel window #13

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. enter an xpath and filter by it
2. try to highlight any text in the panel

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect to be able to highlight text - but i cant highlight anything.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest official release on mac, latest FF.

This is no longer a problem with Firebug 1.7. However the current version of 
FirePath (0.9.5) is not compatible with Firebug 1.7 but the next version 
(0.9.6) will be.
