Hi,
It seems that the integration after some time radonmly looses connection to some devices. The only way to fix the issue is to restart the Xcomfort service. Not able to see any fault in the log.

If devices don't respond, it should be evident in the logs. Take another look and send me the logs if you see anything of interest.
