Nice!view compatible pinout #2

since nice!view is released, and there will be a new board designed for nice!view in the future. I will make a version with compatible pinout of nice!view. so if in the future nice!view is Out of stock or some people find it expensive, my breakout can be an alternative. just like nrfmicro is an alternative to nice!nano. Also will reducing component just like nice!view schematic since nicell said the resistors isn't necessary.
