Current Lap Telemetry #36

Hey @kart7990, this is the first version of the current lap telemetry component.

I also adjusted the mocking code, to match the latest model. I will add the missing session types next week.

I also switched to prettier-plugin-organize-imports, which will also remove no longer-used imports.

Hey @kart7990, thanks for your comments. I took your comments and made improvements to them. The PR is now a bit bigger than I wanted it to be 😅 But I have now also added all I wanted to. The rest will then be moved to other PRs, as soon as this is merged. Best, Jochen
