Enable sending code to R process from SWeave (and Rmarkdown) documents. #13

Instead of SendSelectionCommand.run testing whether the current file is from an R buffer, it tests whether the current selection is in "R scope".

This lets the user drive R code embedded inside SWeave/knitr documents.
