Cleanup Deployment files

Problem

For the jenkins build to occur we need to only build the GeoNode image.

So we need to clean up the following

• [x] Dockerfile - remove multistage build. Split prod and dev. Ideally having one Dockerfile and Dockerfile-dev
• [x] Cleanup all other files/folders not needed i.e letsencypt, nginx, create-envfile.py, docker-compose.yml

Deployment

If there are changes in https://github.com/GeoNode/geonode-project how are they applied into this project. Let's discuss this @voogt .I feel like some of the issues happening here are due to us using an outdated base project
