Visual indicators for drilldown #146

For issue #100

What's in it:

  1. Show trigger indicator for corresponding trigger_status in main panel summary
  2. Show trigger indicator for drilldown arrow
  3. Fix drilldown logic and back interaction to match database
  4. Add code to zoom to region extent when selected
