which fields must be populated
how the content must be structured
lookups / thesauruses

for InaSAFE users to be able to

search for and browse model inputs

for InaSAFE system (Geonode or QGIS) to

ingest and use the user-selected feeds as model inputs

every metadata record that gets loaded onto this platform must meet minimum InaSAFE requirements

add django / js validation ifit is not already in place in GeoSAFE
