Boundary issues with countries that are intersecting the antimerdian #71

Some countries that intersect with the international date line seem to have a glitch, as seen below. Some of the affected countries do not return results for any resource and it could be because of this issue so that must be investigated. Countries possibly affected are: Tokelau, Wallis and Futuna, Fiji, Tonga, Tuvalu, Kiribati, Russia and USA.

Kiribati no longer returns results but every other country work
