Legend and interactive filtering clash

When testing offshore wind for Romania, the lowest wind speed value according to the legend is 6.2 but the interactive filtering limits to results to 7-7.8. However, the entire regions returns data, which made us question if the interactive filtering is working at all.

So when we tested the interactive filtering by changing the limits to 7.3 to 7.8, only the regions with corresponding values were returned which suggests that the filtering is working

However, when we test 6.2 to 6.3, no area is reflected which questions the legend and the returned lower value

When I tested this on the original site, I see that the 6.2 is on the land but we are working with offshore so land data should not be included

So what needs to be investigated is how the lower values for offshore wind were determined (does it take into account land values and if so, that will be an issue) or if the values are strictly offshore and not on the land and there is an area with the value of 6.2 and if so, where is it?

Update on the issue: The legend is still using the old data that still count the land data, that's why we just need to update all the configs. Akshay and Dimas are currently working on that. The minimum and maximums should exclude on-land values
