Toggle Status Not Updating on CSV Import #76

:bug: Describe the bug

When importing data through a CSV file, the status of the toggles isn't getting updated.

:bulb: Expected behavior

The toggle status to reflect the values from the CSV import. If the toggle is set to 'true' in the CSV file, then it should be 'true' in the application.
