No connection after handshake. UI not accessible 1.1.4.0 #621

i have a running container of 1.14.0 image. it is accessible through terminal. However whenever i am trying to access the same through any browser, the ui is not accessible. The debug log of image shows "No connection after handshake. Attaching logs screenshot for your reference. issue "
