The existence of such a client is referenced at https://katzenpost.mixnetworks.org/blog/katzenpost_news_2019_may_4.html , but neither katzenpost/client nor katzenpost/minclient seem to have any code in package main/that can be used as a client.

Please make it clear on https://github.com/katzenpost which repos are relevant for getting started running the client, a mix server, and a provider, respectively.

Thanks, and great work; this is a very important project with a sound theoretical foundation, and one that I am interested in supporting in some material way: by doing some combination of running servers, mentioning Katzenpost in talks, and using it along with Tor to protect users of the applications I build.
