Match to names with underscores in Twitter handle fails #100

I have noticed that frequently the tool fails to find a match when it should because the bluesky handle is missing an underscore that exists in the Twitter handle version, for example:

foo_bar on Twitter does not match foobar on Bluesky (same person)

I assume the Bluesky doesn't allow underscores in handles.
