Backward Compatibility #904

Scott,

The new reporting features required different naming conventions for Building 
Owner, Architect, HVAC Designer, and Lighting Designer.  This change will 
create backward compatibility issues.

In BEMBase I commented out the old terms, added the new terms and updated 
screens.  I've attached a .txt file with the complete old term (commented out) 
and new term list for clarity.
