Fix various warnings introduced to master

Recent changes to master has caused tools to generate warnings about various files. This should be taken care of as a maintenance task.

Each problem is listed below by file.

Size is very small.

warning From Yarn 1.0 onwards, scripts don't require "--" for options to be forwarded. In a future version, any explicit "--" will be forwarded as-is to the scripts.
