[Bug Report] Mouse Hover: Cursor not showing as pointer

This is a consistency issue, where there are a couple of instances where clickable items have been shown as a "select"/"text" cursor rather than a pointer (or "hand" which makes it intuitive to click on).

This is in regards to the back button on the home screen, as well as the colour dropdown on the home screen (highlighted in yellow below).

The cursow changes are outlined below:

Only the css onhover needs to be altered for this to work, thus I believe this would be a very-small issue.
