E0709 09:29:32.281089       1 syncer.go:175] Failed to retrieve GVRs from kcp: the following resource types were requested to be synced, but were not found in the KCP logical cluster: [deployments.apps]

This matters because ppl trying kcp from source will land in the root workspace and try to run workload from there.
