Update examples directory #86

Need to create better docs for sharded example: https://github.com/kcp-dev/helm-charts/tree/main/examples/sharded Need to create simple shard example too.

Now we have 2 deploy scripts too: https://github.com/kcp-dev/helm-charts/blob/main/examples/sharded/deploy-kcp.sh Need to clean them and unify it.

Overall improve our examples directory and setup
