Join Tinted Theming? #11

Hi @kdrag0n, I was wondering if you'd like to bring base16-kitty under the Tinted Theming umbrella, while continuing to be the maintainer? I'm looking at adding a kitty template repo to Tinted Theming as well as adding base24 support which would ultimately change the name to tinted-kitty (since it wouldn't be base16 specific), like we've done with our other repos.

If you're not aware of Tinted Theming, we have a github issue which goes into the history of it, but we are essentially the original base16 community continuing the development since the original maintainer has abandoned it and nuked the original repos git history.

I've created a hard fork of the repo with base24 templates added and a weekly scheme update action: https://github.com/tinted-theming/tinted-kitty. If you're ever interested in maintaining it feel free to let me know and I'll add you as a maintainer or we can discuss transferring :smile:
