@KaarelKa please review if you have questions and provide estimation.
@KaarelKa can you provide estimate for that?
This can be very confusing for the user.
The checkboxes show which files have already been shared with the client ("Tellijaga jagatud"). This means that the change can have the opposite effect.
When the translation manager opens an order and sees that all the files are already ticked ("Tellijaga jagatud"), they might rightfully think that there is no need to do anything extra to share those files. There is no hint that the checkboxes are "lying" + there is no way to understand which checkboxes are "lying" and which are not, so the manager won't have an overview of what files have been shared with client.
It can also be very confusing for the translation manager, when they pick 1 file to share and suddenly after getting the success message, all the checkboxes will be checked again. Will be very hard for them to tell if they did everything correctly and they can't really confirm if they shared right file/files, since we will display all of them as shared.
I would advice against this option and rather figure something else out, if the only goal is a more convenient solution.
Problem: If file is not shared with client (check box ticked) it can't be shared later when order is completed, thus files won't reach the client. As a quick solution idea was to have the checkbox marked by default - user can remove it before sharing.
