Munki 2 - Ability to set default icon for Categories

Currently, the categories icon is set to the name of the last application in 
the group (reverse name).

Ideally, categories should be able to have an overwrite to point to a custom 
png or admin-preferred png.

I like the current behavior (shouldn't be a surprise, since I wrote it) and I 
don't plan to spend any time implementing this.

The main part that bothers me about the implementation is the applications in 
the category are in reverse order, but when you click on the category itself 
the applications are then in alphabetical order.

With that said, oh well. :)

The order is actually randomized. Each time the page loads, up to three items 
are chosen at random from each category.

like it (increased user discovery).
