Reconsider enabling pdfjs by default #281

Pdfjs in 31 has substantially progressed both in speed and in functionality.
While the rendering will probably never be as perfect as Preview.app or a pdf
viewer plugin, it's now good enough to display the pdfs I encounter in my daily
work in a reasonable fashion. Many websites use pdfs instead of proper html for
documents. I don't like it, but it's nice to have them displayed equally in
tabs next to html documents.

So the request is to enable pdfjs by default, not necessarily for the 31
release, but at a later stage.

Well, we could try turning it on in 33/FPR 1.

So, I tried this with some documents at work. I still find it quite slow on the
iBook G4. On the G5 it's tolerable. Are these relatively short pdfs?
