Need to implement that in the monitor. AQUTAB gives table for dimensionless time and pressure. Uses that to change the properties of the source term. This is to implement the term Wa(td) in the carter tracy. RTFM!

So, we indeed need end_Episode function for aquiferManager. Related to #4
