Keep the pokemon Ability names the same Translate the pokemon Ability content into Vietnamese

You're deliberately removing translations to put the same than english. Not only this is counterproductive but it's also removing other people's work. I'm not getting into this debate, this is a straight no. Use English language if you prefer English labels.
