fix Power Surge damage scaling with AP when it shouldn't
fix rune protect duration at light 5
fix Astral Barrage ghost damage scaling with AP when it shouldn't. Changed AP scaling as well
a few balance adjustements on normal frontliners as compensation for loss of PP gain on shield damage
