Rename "Weather Forecast" section #68

One small request, could you maybe change the title 'weather forecast' to 'weather forecast sites'? It looks a little strange having a 'weather' section directly followed by 'weather forecast' section.

Alternatively we could name it "External Weather Forecast" or "Forecasting Sites"
