Thanks @Sija, is this really needed? Are "text/html; charset=utf-8" and "text/html;charset=UTF-8;" different?

Former is canonical, see https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Headers/Content-Type#syntax for example
