Thanks to break the band that using only ONT and short reads to finish T2T assembly.
Recently, I tried this awesome tool, the length of ONT reads reach to N50 ~ 40kb, but I didn't get a decent contigs. I used flye contigs and Nextdenovo contigs as input, contigs N50 ~ 3.6Mb, 6.4Mb respectively.
So I would like to know the length of ONT reads of HG00733, did author use the specific set of reads to do assembly?
