Need to sit down and create a mockup for the mobile site.

Need to add bullets to the commitments. Otherwise, blocked on the energy visualization.

Adjust mobile website so that it changes themes using the CSS select just like the main website.

This issue is now moot since we have a team working on the mobile website in general
