I was unable to render the top-nav-bar component for welcome page. could you please guide. If needed I will share my code which I was trying to add.

Hey @Piyush-r-bhaskar, this PR seems a bit off, meaning there are a lot of unrelated changes included, could you rebase it, using develop as a base branch?
