Stat command does not work despite nationalities being provided after editing

Expected: display stats of students in T12 based on available nationalities provided Actual:

To reproduce: Assign students to T12 without providing nationalities
Add nationalities for some students assigned to T12

This behavior differs from the UG which does not state anything about stats not being able to show if some users dont have nationalities provided.
